This is what we're made of
We use no rendered meats, no ingredients with added hormones, no artificial flavors and no preservatives. Only GMO-free, organic, all-natural ingredients that we'd put on our own plates. Locally sourced and crafted in small batches in our Phoenix, Arizona kitchen. We've listed all of our ingredients and their nutritional highlights below. If it's not on this page, it doesn't go in our jars.

High in fiber, vitamin C, and various antioxidants
BLUEBERRIES
Considered by nutritionists to be a superfood. Great source of manganese and vitamins C and K1, as well as vitamins E and B6.
BROWN RICE
Rich in fiber and selenium.
Carrots
Good source of thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and manganese, and a very good source of dietary Fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium.
Green Beans
Rich source of vitamins A, C, and K, and of Folic Acid and Fiber.
Chicken Liver
Low in Sodium, a good source of Thiamin, Zinc, Copper and Manganese, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Phosphorus and Selenium.
PEAS
Very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Protein, Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin and Manganese.
Sweet Potato
Low in Sodium, and very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6 and Potassium, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Manganese.
Squash
Low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein, Vitamin A, Thiamin, Niacin, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese.
Strawberries
Very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Folate and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C and Manganese.
Spinach
Low in saturated fat, and very low in cholesterol. It is also a good source of niacin and zinc, and a very good source of dietary fiber, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E (alpha tocopherol), vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper and manganese.
Peanut Butter
High protein and very low in cholesterol, also a good source of niacin and manganese.
Wheat Flour
Very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is also a good source of dietary fiber, and a very good source of manganese and selenium.
Almond Butter
Good source of magnesium and manganese, very low in cholesterol and sodium.
Kelp
Excellent source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, pantothenic acid, zinc and copper, vitamin K, riboflavin, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium and manganese.
